This schedule, on the Sacramento Bee site, is a great schedule for the intermediate beginner (1 to 3 sprint tri’s under your belt) or the intermediate triathlete who is getting back into training after winter.

Good detail in the schedule, but you need to know what kinds of specific drills you want to do for each sport.
